Not very kind to older black people. Got called “you people” about 3 times when I’m quoting about their services. Would not recommend to people of color
I bought my mobility chair two years ago and it hasn’t been used all that much in fact very little. And my battery is already dying on it. And call them threeor four days ago soI don’t know if they’re gonna call me back or not. I guess I’ll just look somewhere else for a battery. Show Less
Initially the staff at American Lift Aid was very helpful for my elderly father with ordering a motorized wheelchair. We had some problems that needed to be addessed and we were told there’s nothing wrong with the wheelchair and were ignored. No one called us back after multiple tries. Show Less
